  • This webinar is meant to save you study time and build your confidence in answering exam-like questions about botanical medicine for your upcoming NPLEX II exam. 
  • The framework for this course was built using the NPLEX Blueprint and official Materia Medica list and uses a case-based format to explore important and/or overlooked botanicals while highlighting strategies meant to help you choose the best possible solutions. 
  • Special emphasis is placed on:
    • Herbal safety, including contraindications, possible adverse effects & herb-drug interactions.
    • Lesser-known herbs (e.g, how well do you know Cineraria compared to Chamomilla?).
    • Key indications for select herbs based on NPLEX II Blueprint core conditions list.
    • Botanical case management including determining appropriate posology and methods of administration.

  • 4 hours of lecture materials delivered as a Zoom recording over Vimeo.
